PAYMENT

What does the Client Provide?
 
♥ Kindly provide references for your character or setting. Avoid overly lengthy and detailed directions; a concise overview of your concept will suffice.

AGREEMENT
^{_{By forwarding with commissioning Eternyze, Client agrees to the following Terms of Service:}}

♥ Client must be 18 or older
 ♥ Client must credit Eternyze for their work.
 ♥ Client understands commissions are for personal use only.
 ♥ Client may produce physical prints of artwork for personal use.
 ♥ Client understands that they may not use artwork to make profit.

 ♥ Client understands that if they fail to respond to messages or updates provided by Artist longer than 2 weeks, the contract may be rendered void and further work will require a renegotiation and further cost.
 ♥ Artist reserves the right to refuse any request.
 
 
♥ Artist reserves the right to stop work on or cancel a commission if Client exhibits rude/inappropriate behaviors.
 ♥ The Artist retains all rights to commissions, which includes but is not limited to: Distribution, reproduction, and use of Artist promotion.

Process

♥ Turn around time is generally 1 - 4 weeks.

♥ If no response to confirmation of commission after two weeks, Artist will cancel commission.
 
 
♥ Client will provide references and
♥ Artist will send a rough sketch of work for approval, now is the time to ask/discuss changes.
 
 ♥ Requested changes after line art phase may incur additional charges.
 
 
♥ Small changes may be worked on free of charge.

 ♥ Completed commissions will be sent in full resolution via online download location. (Discord, Google Drive, Etc.)Payment Plans will receive theirs after final payment has been fulfilled.

Refunds

♥ Refunds may be available if work has not started.

Useage & NDA

♥ Commercial Rights
 
    ♥ +100% fee for Reproduction, Selling, Merch, or in cases you will be making a profit off of the Artist's artwork.
^{(The fee may increase based on the project scope, which includes group, business, and corporate applications.)}   ♥ Client may post/use artworks on social media and streaming services (ex: Twitch, Kick) without purchase of commercial rights.
^{(Emotes, Overlays, etc. are priced with Client's future profit in mind.)}   ♥ ALWAYS credit Eternyze for their work. Client will credit the artist by assigning them the emote attribution on Twitch or have it on Client's 'About' page.
 
 
♥ Client may request their projects to remain private

        ♥ Privacy fee is +20%
